Why am I The First To Write This Review (5 stars)

I don't get why no one has made a review for this album. I believe this is LL Cool J's best album. I like every song on this album and this is my favorite album along with Late Registration and College Dropout.

lol yea why are you the First (5 stars)

but of course noONE knowz true hip hop there use of hearing Laffy Taffy songz all day than hear whatz real good music LL proclaimz the crown of battling MC'z until there pulse iz FLAT…name one rapper he didnt beat?!?……….timez up! you cant…well thiz brother iz handz down the king of battle rap to my knowledge….LL vs Eminem or LL vs Jay-z whoever winz im still wondering how ya feel me?

Overlooked (3 stars)

This album definately has some awful moments, but also has classic moments. All the love songs are pure crap and the two singles Goin' Back to Cali and I'm the Type of Guy were pop hits not loved by real hip hop heads. All the rest in between are classic Cool J.I recall at the time hip hop fans tired of his bravado looking towards P.E. and KRS-One.Now with hindsight and a million and one wack mcs later, tracks like Droppin Em ,It Gets No Roughe

He quickly developed an alternate style, a romantic — and occasionally sappy — lover's rap epitomized by his mainstream breakthrough single, “I Need Love.” LL's first two albums, Radio and Bigger…
